Digital video purchases

Dime Dime Baby sells digital dance video generations. Because a generation starts processing immediately after purchase, completed generations are generally non-refundable.

Failed generations

If a generation fails because of a service error, the Dance is returned to your account or we will provide an equivalent replacement. Contact support with your account email and video ID so we can investigate.

Duplicate or accidental purchases

If you were charged twice for the same purchase, contact support promptly. We will review the payment and refund a confirmed duplicate charge to the original payment method.
